2. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the UK-facing Sunpura pages, including information, documents, forms and communication functions.

3. Information-only status

Product pages, prices, savings examples, availability statements and delivery references are general information unless confirmed in a separate written offer.

You cannot place an order, reserve stock or require delivery by sending an enquiry.

4. Product information

We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, specifications and compatibility information accurate. Products, software and documentation may change.

Review the current manual and request confirmation before relying on a specification for installation or purchasing.

5. Savings and payback examples

Any savings, return-on-investment, payback-period, tariff or energy-flow example is illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual results depend on consumption, solar generation, system size, electricity prices, tariff structure, weather, installation, battery settings, taxes and other costs. No particular saving or payback period is guaranteed.

6. Installation and safety

Follow the current manual, warning labels and applicable electrical and safety rules.

Work requiring a qualified electrician or installer must be carried out by an appropriately qualified person. Do not open, modify, bypass or repair a battery unless official documentation expressly permits it.

7. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business-information purposes. You must not:

• use it for fraud, impersonation or unlawful activity;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
• introduce malware or interfere with security or availability;
• scrape or systematically copy protected content except where permitted by law;
• misrepresent product information or imply an unauthorised partnership;
• infringe intellectual-property or other rights.

8. Intellectual property

Website text, images, videos, designs, interfaces, software, logos and trade marks are owned by or licensed to Vidis GmbH or the relevant rights holder.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to view public content for lawful reference. No ownership rights are transferred.

9. User submissions

If you send text, images, videos or other material, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.

Submission does not automatically permit marketing publication of your name, image or testimonial. Separate permission will be obtained where required.

10. Accounts and security

If an account or restricted function is available, keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or legal compliance.

11. External services

Third-party links and embedded services are governed by their own terms and privacy information. We are not responsible merely because a link appears on our website, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue website functions for maintenance, security, compliance or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, Vidis GmbH is not responsible for loss caused solely by relying on general or outdated information where confirmation was reasonably required for technical installation, compatibility or a separate transaction.

For business users only, and where permitted by law, Vidis GmbH is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, business, opportunity or anticipated savings arising from use of the information-only website.

15. Exceptional separate offers

If Vidis GmbH sends a separate written offer, that offer and its accompanying documents govern the proposed transaction. A contract is formed only when the stated acceptance requirements are met and Vidis GmbH confirms the transaction in writing.

16. Future UK online sales

Before introducing a UK checkout or regular email-order process, Vidis GmbH will publish transaction-ready sales terms and update its Refund, Shipping, Privacy and Cookie policies.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect website, service, security or legal changes. A later update will not retrospectively alter a separate contract already concluded.

18. Applicable law

These website-use Terms are governed by German law without depriving an individual of mandatory protections that apply in the country where they habitually reside.

Consumers may use any court having jurisdiction under applicable law. For business users, Hamburg courts have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
